Moink BBQ is a pitmaster-crafted, carry-out barbecue restaurant located at 1026 Fifth St, Struthers, OH. We specialize in slow-smoked meats prepared over real wood — no gas shortcuts, no compromises. Every rack of ribs, every brisket, and every batch of burnt ends is cooked low and slow the way true BBQ was meant to be made.

Our menu rotates based on what's coming off the smoker that day. From fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs and pork belly burnt ends to smoked wings, spare ribs, and loaded BBQ plates, every item is made fresh in small batches. We're open Friday through Sunday from 12pm until we sell out — because great BBQ can't be rushed, and we won't serve it any other way.
